HALL DESIGN

ergonomics

The objectives of ergonomic design are to enhance the effectiveness of physical objects and environments, and to maintain or enhance desirable human values such as health, safety and satisfaction. Hall Design uses testing procedures to tailor user interfaces, and physical elements of products and to maximize user enjoyment and efficiency.
Human Factors Engineering (HFE) is the study of human/machine interaction and is the bedrock of ergonomics the essential element in all well-designed products. When HFE expands to include psychology, and demographics we can develop product features that communicate on conscious and sub-conscious levels. We explore creative ways to incorporate these desirable features and we use consumer testing to evaluate the end results. This process yeilds a product naturally fit for its market.
